I can’t say enough good things about Mark. He’s not only an incredible strength trainer but also an all-around great person who truly cares about helping people get better, both physically and mentally. I’ve worked with Mark through two ACL injuries and his support, knowledge, and patience made all the difference in my recovery. After tearing my first ACL, Mark helped me build my strength back up and guided me every step of the way. He warned me not to rush things, but of course, I got back on the field a little too quickly and ended up tearing my other ACL. Even then, Mark never made me feel judged or discouraged. He just got right back to work with me, helping me rebuild my strength and confidence from the ground up again. Now, after rehabbing both knees, I can honestly say I feel stronger and more prepared than ever. I would have never been able to get back on the field without his guidance and support. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and truly cares, Mark is your guy. I’m beyond grateful for everything he’s done for me.

Mark does an amazing job and has helped my son . With marks help he become more healthy and has more self confidence in himself. Highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to better there life ....

I highly recommend seeing Mark if you are experiencing pain while working out. I have been struggling the past 11 months with pain in my lower back while doing any lower body workout. I've gone to the chiropractor for months, and that didn't relieve any of my pain. After one session with Mark, he was able to identify the problem and give me a plan on how to fix the issue. After following the plan he gave me for a few weeks, I'm having almost completely pain free workouts. I feel like I'm finally on the road to full recovery and I couldn't be happier.

Great place to work out. They offer a few different classes like Cardio Kickboxing, Total Body Circuit, Mommy and Me, Self Defense, and more. You can also do personal training sessions. They make working out fun and welcoming to all! Mark loves the fact that we bring all three kids (there is a kid zone with toys, books, and a TV/DVD player) and make it work for us. With three kids and a long commute for me there are times when we have to reschedule and he has been so accommodating. You can tell he loves what he does and wants people to better themselves and will not let nothing like that turn into an excuse.

PST is a great place to train, recover, build skills, and set goals. Mark is very knowledgeable and puts others first. He gives solid advice and comprehensive, personalized plans. I've seen a lot of success come out of his sessions. This is a great place to go alone or to bring a friend. I've personally done the cardio circuit and cardio kickboxing classes. In the class setting he's always able to accommodate different skill levels. I'm very satisfied with my time here.
